Rob has opened for international recording artists including Steve Forbert\, Artimus Pyle\, New Riders of the Purple Sage\, Members of Bad Compay\, G.E. Smith and more.  \nRob has produced and performed in a series of festivals and fundraising events. These include Rock the Mountain\, a two-day festival of music\, camping\, and artisans at the Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center in Sterling Forest\, N.Y. which raises money for Spectrum for Living\, a home for adults with developmental disabilities. Rob also helped organize\, produce\, and perform in The Mighty High Mountain Festival\, The Sullivan County Blues Festival ( Now hosted at Bethel Woods).   \nRob also hosts a series of barn concerts on his four-acre property in New York’s bucolic Hudson Valley. DESCRIPTION:Gratefully Yours is a Grateful Dead inspired band\, based out of New Paltz\, NY. The band was conceived and founded in 2012 by keyboardist Alex Mazur\, who is also the founder of The Deadbeats; one of the longest running Grateful Dead cover bands in existence. \nHowever\, “cover band” is an extremely misleading term when it comes to the music of Gratefully Yours. Their willingness and ability to improvise\, and their openness to spontaneity and the energy of the moment lie at the core of their performances and truly sets them apart. In the very best tradition of The Grateful Dead\, it is this openness that allows the crowd to become a part of the creative process and results in a synergy between the band and the crowd that is unique and truly special. It is that magic that Gratefully Yours truly aims to “cover” and pay tribute to. \nThey also allow their audience to participate further by giving them the opportunity to submit their dream set lists\, which Gratefully Yours just may happen to choose and perform.  But of course\, you just never know what might happen… \nThe band members are all long time highly regarded players in the scene:  Alex Mazur\, Garrin Benfield\, Jude DeFalco\, Frank Casciaro\, Robert Schiff and Jessica Barlow.  And they have some very special guests and friends who have and do sit in with them: Zach Nugent (Melvin Seals & JGB)\, Vinnie Amico (moe.)\, Tony Markelis (Trey Anastasio Band)\, Bill Carbone (Max Creek)\, Rob Eaton (Dark Star Orchestra)\, and Russ Lawton (Trey Anastasio Band).

The band’s wide-ranging repertoire includes music from the New Orleans second line tradition\, punk and pop covers\, international grooves\, as well as original compositions and arrangements. \nThe name Brasskill is tribute to the history our region in which many towns and areas end in the word “kill” – a Dutch word meaning “little stream” – since much of New York area was founded by the Dutch\, and thus given Dutch names. \nLargely based in the Kingston and Hudson\, NY areas\, our members reside as far south as Rosendale\, New York all the way up to the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Because of our geographical spread\, the band has the opportunity to play a wide variety of venues\, festivals and events throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.

He’s been pleasing audiences in and around the Hudson Valley region of New York for nearly 40 years. Performing cover tunes in various Bar Bands in his early days\, he’s reached a point in his life where he’s bound and determined to create his own music and go deeper into his heart and soul. His touring experience includes performing with Professor Louie and the Crowmatix\, the Amrod Band with Pee Wee Ellis and Fred Wesley (James Brown Horns)\, Frank Gadler Band (original vocalist NRBQ)\, Sloan Wainwright\, And many others. Vito has produced hundreds of records and with the other guys in Little Rock\, continues to do session work on a steady basis. However\, the focus is now performing live! After Receiving radio airplay and accolades from the press for our 1990 studio release\, we played relentlessly\, including venues large and small\, with some personnel changes\, until we disbanded in early 2001.\n\nIn the summer of 2011\, after more than 10 years apart\, The Other Band reunited with original members James Ratner\, Rob Friedland and Dave Mucci. We enlisted Sax player Greg Fiske to round out the new line up. And so… we are back! In 2014\, we were rejoined by our drummer in the late ’90’s\, Gary Pellegrino. In Sept 2015\, our original keyboardist\, Dana Gabrielsen\, rejoined The Other Band\, helping us to continue our growth and improve our sound and versatility. After 4 years since our reunion tour\, or re-energized fan base and list of clubs and venues continues to grow!

DESCRIPTION:Shane Scarazzini is a professional musician based in Nashville\, Tennessee. As an original artist\, songwriter\, bandleader\, and guitar player\, he has casted a wake in multiple facets of the music industry. Born in Newburgh\, New York\, Shane’s passion for music began at an early age. \nAt 17 years old\, Shane was taken under the mentorship of The Rusty Paul Band\, led by the eldest son of Les Paul. He followed the group around with his guitar and learned how to properly function and communicate with a band. Despite being in high school\, Shane would often play with the Rusty Paul band and other club-touring acts until the wee hours of the morning\, night after night. He knew that every minute he spent on stage was worth more than any of the education he got in school. \nAfter high school\, Shane performed music full time with whoever would hire him\, including his first original Country act. It was then that he began to fall in love with the sounds of Country music\, uncharted territory for most of the other tenants of the New York Blues scene. Country music was becoming a part of his DNA\, leading him to Nashville. \nIn Nashville\, things got off to a humble\, yet abundant start. He took every gig that came his way\, on the road\, in town\, out on the ocean\, and beyond. His hunger to play guitar and make an impact was palpable to anyone around him. \nAfter several years and nearly a million miles of hard touring around the United States as a guitarist with a variety of different groups\, Shane decided that if he had any chance at a career as an original artist\, then it was time to move from the side of the stage to the front. He dropped everything\, cleared his touring schedule completely\, and committed ferociously into building “Shane Scarazzini & EightFingers.” \nLaunched in late 2016\, Shane Scarazzini & EightFingers continues to bring Shane’s identity as a songwriter and bandleader to the front of the stage in the form of a power trio with utility instruments. Shane shares this journey with two of his best friends – Don Holocher on the drums/percussion and Lucas Carillo on the bass and backup vocals. \nToday\, Shane continues to tour the United States as a solo act\, collaborating with other groups and with EightFingers.
